  1. The controller of personal data according to  Art. Article 4 (7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council  protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") is the web administrator of the website www.vyvetrajsa.sk, hereinafter referred to as the "administrator".

  2. The administrator has not appointed a data protection officer.

The administrator only processes personal data that you have provided to him or personal data that the administrator has obtained from you on the basis of your activities on the website www.vyvetrajsa.sk

  • fulfillment of the administrative duty of the administrator under  Art. 6 par. 1 letter c) GDPR,

  • the legitimate interest of the administrator in providing direct marketing under  Art. 6 par. 1 letter f) GDPR, [8]

  • providing the correct functionality of the website and services

  • providing services to visitors to our website and technical support;

  • contacting website visitors and users with basic or personalized products or information or advertising;

  • providing aggregated statistics and other non-personal data  data on the basis of which our partners can use to improve services to site visitors; 

  • compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;

  1. We use hosting on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell you our products and services. Your data may be stored through a data repository, Wix.com databases and general applications on the Wix.com server. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company meet the standards set by the PCI-DSS, which is governed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

  3. The recipients of personal data are persons

  • the right to object  against processing under  Art. 21 GDPR,

  • the right to data portability under  Art. 20 GDPR a

  • the right to withdraw the consent to the processing of data in writing or electronically to the address or e-mail of the controller  

  1.   You have the right to file a complaint with the Privacy Office if you believe that your right to privacy has been violated.

WITH  you agree to these terms by agreeing to the "cookies banner" You acknowledge that you are fully aware of the terms of personal data protection and that you agree with them to the extent approved by you. Which you can adjust in the cookie settings, which are available in the same banners 

  2. The administrator is entitled to change these conditions and publish a new version of the privacy policy on its website, or send them to you by e-mail if you have provided this e-mail.
